I. President's Message:
Atlantic National University is a regular university in Southern
California. In the past years, we have educated numerous elites,
to help them to advance their education in every walk of life.
Atlantic National University is consisted of College of Business,
College of Liberal Studies, and College of Science & Technology.
We are accredited by "World Association of University and
College", and "International Design, Technology and Management
Society".
Recently, since the fast development of science and technology,
distance learning is popular and prevailing. Many students
and business entrepreneurs enjoy learning from computer or
via correspondence. In addition to regular campus courses,
Atlantic National University also offers distance learning
and correspondence courses to be convenient for those students
who are in remote regions.
From the end of the 20th century, computer has changed human's
life style. The advent of internet changes our learning style.
We cannot but to flow in the current of E-Century. Traditional
education can never stop the impact of Distant Learning or
Internet Learning Program. This impact is prevailing everywhere
in the world from developed countries to developing countries,
and will become popular day by day. Distant Learning and Inter
Net Learning have developed into a certain level of maturity.
All the colleges and universities are making every endeavor
to improve the technique in Distant Learning. Since the courses
are taught through computers, even students could see the
teachers' images; however, they still fill aloof in mutual
reaction between teachers and students. Therefore, a new trend
in education is to conduct the courses through seminars and
lectures. This method has been tried and proved to be fruitful.
Why graduated courses can't be taught through seminars and
lectures? Atlantic National University strives to educate
all walks of lives to update their knowledge and to sharp
the edges to counter the challenges derived from fast development
of science, technology, business and society. We emphasis
practical knowledge, but we never ignore academic theory.
The moment you enroll ANU, you start creating your dream,
and we will make it come true.
We welcome cooperation with all international universities,
colleges and academic institutes.
